One day, I was walking though the cafeteria to my table after I had picked up my food: a heaping bowl of salad. I had sprinkled pretty much everything I could on top: olives, tomatoes, peas, cheese, bacon bits, ham, turkey, and those little pieces of dried up garlic bread that I like. I also had a little carton of chocolate milk (because the plain milk that comes in the cartons is gross) and a bread roll.
So anyway, I was walking to my table and was coming to a narrow isle when all of the sudden, I don't know where he came from, a really short freshman barreled through the isle and pushed me aside with his shoulder. I lifted my lunch-tray into the air to avoid spilling it all over that boy's head and shouted "Excuse me, sorry I was in your way!" sarcastically. I began walking again, still in the narrow isle, when I suddenly realized there was an overturned chair in my way. I didn't have time to stop. Now I was spread-eagle on the floor, still holding onto my tray, but the salad... The salad was everywhere. The milk carton was intact, but it had slid underneath somebody's chair, and the roll had flown all the way to the wall of the cafeteria. I was like ten feet away from the table all my friends were sitting at.
People sitting at various tables around me stood and came over to me, asking me if I was okay, are you hurt, boy you really biffed it. "I'm fine," I said a million times. A crowd--a CROWD--was gathering around me. I finally managed to get up and get out of there, went back to the salad bar, and picked up some more salad. I then carefully walked back to my table and sat down, my friends telling me the various facial expressions I had made when I fell and animatedly acting out the whole scene again.
Behind me, one of the Lunchroom Ladies was mopping up my mess.

Okay okay. This happened a LONG time ago. Like, months ago. Some of you may remember this. I do.

My aunt wanted everyone to write a story about one of their life experiences for the family reunion this month. I have no idea what she will do with them. I guess I'll find out. XD

Enjoy.

It's cute. Auto-biographies always are!

I recommend this new fiction site to you, it's called "Living Words." It's not as impressive as the more established sites, but it's friendly and decent.

I hope that you give it a try, we've barely got any members on in here!

Thanks!

I'll check it out when I don't have a sibling looming over my shoulder and complaining that it's their turn on the computer. XDDD

I don't remember that, but that's just me.

Life isn't measured by the breaths you take, but the moments that take your breaths away.

Even if your on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there.

There are three kinds of people in the world, those who can count, and those who can't.

Really? I do. XDD
